| Qualification | Masters degree in Electrical/Electronics/Electronics and communications/Electronics and Instrumentation/Computer Science and Engineering/Computer Science or related areas. OR Bachelor degree in Electrical/Electronics/Electronics and communications/Electronics and Instrumentation/Computer Science and Engineering/Computer Science or related areas with valid GATE score. |
| Eligibility Criteria | This project involves design and analysis of memory subsystem, and integrating compute circuits to achieve high performance for AI/ML applications. Candidates who have done formal course/training on Machine learning and having excellent programming skills C/C++/Python, Verilog/System Verilog or equivalent, etc. will be given preference. Knowledge of VLSI Design tools will be an advantage. |
| Job Responsibilities | Applications are invited for temporary position of research assistant for the research project on “Fast, Robust, Energy-aware In-memory Computing Architectures” funded by Semiconductor Research Corporation (SRC). 3. Duration: The total project duration is of 3 years. The candidate will be offered a position for 12 months, which will be extended by 1 year based on the satisfactory performance of the candidate and availability of funds. |
