Qualification
Specialist Officer – Compliance: Post-Graduation Degree with specialization in finance as a full-time course from recognized Institute/ University with a minimum of 50% marks (or its equivalent). In the case of Chartered Accountants (CAs), passing the professional examination in maximum of 2 attempts is sufficient.
Specialist Officer – Information Technology: Graduation Degree with minimum 50% marks or equivalent grade in B.E/B.Tech in Computer Science/ Information Technology/ Electronics & Communication and Post-Graduation with minimum 50% marks in M.Sc./ M.Tech. in CS/ IT from recognized university/institute.
Specialist Officer – Human Resource: Post-Graduation Degree with specialization in Human Resource as a full-time course from recognized Institute/ University with minimum 50% marks (or its equivalent).
Specialist Officer – Law: Bachelor’s Degree in Law recognized by the Bar Council of India for the purpose of enrolment as an Advocate with a minimum of 60% marks. PostGraduation qualifications will be an added advantage.
Specialist Officer – Recovery: Post-Graduation Degree with specialization in finance or Cost Accountant as a full-time course from recognized Institute/ University with minimum 50% marks (or its equivalent). In the case of Chartered Accountants (CAs) passing the professional examination in maximum 2 attempts is sufficient. A finance and Legal background would be preferable.
Specialist Officer – Accounts & Taxation: Post-Graduation Degree with specialization in finance or Cost Accountant as a full-time course from recognized Institute/ University with minimum 50% marks (or its equivalent). In the case of Chartered Accountants (CAs) passing the professional examination in maximum of 2 attempts is sufficient.

The age limit is as of 1st February 2021

Selection Process: The selection will be based on shortlisting and interviews.

How to Apply: Interested candidates must fill in the Application Form. The Application Form will be available on the Bank’s website under the ‘Career’ section on February 17, 2021. Application in any other format will not be considered and will be rejected by the Bank, irrespective of fulfilling the eligibility criteria. Only applications in the prescribed format will be considered by the Bank. If the Application Form does not indicate the position applied for, the application will be rejected irrespective of fulfilling the eligibility criteria. Canvassing in any form will be a disqualification.
