| Qualification | M.Sc. in Physics with minimum 60% marks; Selected through UGC-CSIR NET or cleared any National level Ph.D entrance tests in Physics, such as, JEST or TIFR-GS final written tests or equivalent exams. |

| Age Limit | Preferably below 28 years on 01.01.2021 |
| Desirable Qualifications | Post M.Sc research experience in experimental physics. |
| Eligibility Criteria | Initially period of one year is extendable for a maximum period of another 3 years based on performance. Total duration is 4 years-2 years as JRF and 2 years as SRF. |
